Return & Exchange Policy

At Biker Leather Jacket, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the return or exchange process.

  1. Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The jacket must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all brand tags and labels still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided.
  1. Damaged or Faulty Items

We inspect every jacket before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@bikerleatherjacket.com.
  • You must include clear photographic evidence of the damage and your order number.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
  1. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at info@bikerleatherjacket.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions and the relevant return address.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Customer Responsibility: Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  1. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Visa or MasterCard within 5–10 business days.
  1. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we process exchanges similarly to returns. Once the original item is received and inspected, the new item will be dispatched. Standard handling and transit times (up to 14 business days) will apply to the new shipment.
