- Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods for all purchases:

- Note: We do not accept PayPal, digital wallets (such as Apple Pay/Google Pay), or other card types at this time. Please ensure you are using a supported Visa or MasterCard at checkout.
- Pricing and Values
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for 100% accuracy, any pricing errors identified on the website will be rectified promptly. All prices are listed in GBP (£).
- Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 12 to 24 hours of purchase.
- Cut-Off Time: For orders placed after 2:00 PM, the cancellation window starts the following business day.
- In-Transit Orders: Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. We do not permit registration or purchases by individuals under the age of 18.
- Shipping Restrictions
While we offer global delivery, we do not ship to certain countries due to international law sanctions and logistics limitations.
- Order Acceptance
Biker Leather Jacket reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. All orders must meet our internal verification standards to be processed.
- Shipping and Delivery (UK & International)
We prioritize secure and timely delivery through our trusted partners, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT).
- Handling Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: Up to 14 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £160.00 (approx. equivalent to $160).
- Shipping Fee: For orders under £160.00, a £15.00 shipping fee will be applied.
- Returns and Exchanges
- Return Period: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Damages: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us with photographic evidence within 7 days.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
